We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of busy Patong. It's a perfect base to explore the calmer beaches in the southern area of Phuket. We loved the fact that the hotel provided free bikes, making it easy to explore the town and get to the beach. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. Our room had a great view of the surrounding mountains, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a bonus.
No complaints - everything was just fine!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the midst of Phuket's most beautiful southern beaches. The location is perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, attending to our every need. The rooms have a great view and are equipped with all the basic amenities you could ask for. And the added bonus of breakfast included made our mornings even better.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Had a fantastic new year at this resort property! The staff was really attentive, accommodating and constantly checked up on us making sure we were happy. Loved the fresh towels and clean surroundings, particularly the swimming pool. The location was great, a quick ride to the beach and great value for money.
A few minor hiccups on my stay: there were a couple of old stains on the sheets, and a lack of drying racks outside to dry up clothes. Additionally, the hotel is a bit remote and requires transportation, but certainly not a dealbreaker. a delightful place with great amenities and service!

The view from the room was incredible. the pools were also very nice and clean. Plus, the one-bedroom villa was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The location was not ideal. It was quite far from everything and you really needed a motorbike to get around.

We had an amazing stay at Naiharn Retreat Resort! The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was wonderful. The free bikes were a great bonus, making it easy to explore the town and get to the nearby beach. The location was perfect - quieter than other areas but still had everything we needed.
Nothing not to love.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood that offers peace and calmness. the beach is not far away and can be reached easily by motorbike or car. the hotel is located closer to calmer beaches that are away from the hustle-bustle of noisy beach cities. the room is well furnished with a beautiful view of the pool area. the staff is helpful and always ready to assist the guests.
The hotel lacks maintenance in terms of cleanliness, as reported by some guests about the filthy bathroom and falling decor.

I had an amazing time at this hotel nestled in the hills. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including two stunning pools with mountain views. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which were tidied up daily by the hard-working cleaners. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting me with transportation to the beach and offering delicious breakfast options.
